As a Software Designer Mathematician, I gathered my business experience in managing complex IT projects and in the management team of a systems integrator company. I started my coaching career with project and program management-related coaching in 2005. I studied psychodrama, solution focused and Gestalt coaching approaches, and Buddhist psychology. Nowadays I focus on strategic consultancy and executive and team coaching. Leveraging my 35 years’ experience of martial art (judo), I like to activate and energise my clients, and I am keen on using pens and flipcharts during coaching sessions.
